Returns and Exchanges

ORDERS ON PRODUCTS IN SPECIAL SALES WITH DISCOUNTS AND SALE MONTHS DO NOT ADMIT FREE EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (Mainland and Balearic Islands)

If you wish, you can exchange and/or return your order within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of your order.

ONLINE EXCHANGES IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

The first change is free, the next one will cost €7.95. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to info@bitrix-kids.com stating that you would like to make a change to your order.
  2. We will come to your delivery address to take your new order and take back the one you return to us.
  3. That's it. No fees, totally free of charge

We do not accept exchanges of garments made to order or with alterations.
Bitrix Kids reserves the right not to accept more than one free exchange for each order placed by the customer. 

 

ONLINE RETURNS IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

To return your order please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to info@bitrix-kids.com stating that you would like to return your order.
  2. We will send you an email to confirm pick up time and address. 
  3. We will send a delivery person to pick up the item(s) you wish to return.

COSTS
Bitrix Kids is not responsible for the costs of return (except in case of our error or in case of tare), but we will help to manage it at all times. The shipping costs borne by the customer for the return of an order will be 7,95€ per order. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The Customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labelling intact, suitably packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer. The customer must also return any other product associated with their order that has been delivered to them as part of a promotion.  

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID
Bitrix Kids will proceed to refund the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal by the customer. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

INTERNATIONAL (Including Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

If you wish, you can exchange and/or return your order within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To make a size, model or colour change you must return the order/item you wish to change and make a new purchase of the product you wish to receive. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to info@bitrix-kids.com indicating that you would like to make a change to your order.
  2. Send us the garments you wish to return with the carrier of your choice to:

  3. Purchase the product you wish to exchange your order for through our website or in one of our physical shops.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom made garments or garments with alterations.
Please remember to write Att: RETURN & REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a speedy journey through any customs office you may pass through. Failure to indicate this information may result in a delay in the return - and in the worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.

You can make an exchange and/or return in one of our physical shops in Spain completely free of charge within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your order.

Please provide our shop colleagues with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. We will issue you a refund for the amount of the item you are exchanging or returning and you will need to make a new purchase of the item you want.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR PURCHASES IN PHYSICAL SHOPS

You can exchange the products purchased in our physical shops in any of our physical shops completely free of charge within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase of the product.

REFUNDS
Purchases made in a physical shop are non-returnable. Items may be exchanged for another garment or for a voucher that may be redeemed within a period not exceeding 6 months. The customer has a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to make the exchange.
